... first exercises are the tendus facing the barre. I love pre-barre because it allows you to warm up your feet, ankles, and hips before diving into plies. This particular pre-barre is exceptionally helpful. When you tendu, flatten, and drag your foot back to first, I can really feel my hips and rotators working. The bears were covered with long and stiff black hair and their bodies seemed fat and heavy. They walked to and fro and occasionally one would climb up the tree truck.
