Part 1 of Paper ....ers a dark nightmare.
“In co-housing, residents pool money to buy land, develop a cluster of homes and build a common space. Residents also engage in community building activities such as regular group meals and yard work. Cars are relegated to on-site parking lots, pedestrian trails connect the homes and environment.... Part 2 of Paper ....property. Co-op’s are much cheaper than private houses. You can find a co-op in a neighborhood where you can not afford a house. You may have amenities you couldn’t afford otherwise. For example, swimming pool, underground parking, tennis courts and a small gum.
Monthly fee regarding maintenance, property tax, insurance or mortgage could be very low comparing to a private home.
