Another reason why it is important to tell the wife is because she is pregnant. If the pilot is HIV positive, he could have passed that on to his wife. Now that his wife is with child, she can pass that on to her child. For the sake of two lives, his wife and his child, he should tell his wife even if this might break their marriage.... |
