If the “no smoking policy” did not exist, the schools’ and students’ safety would be at extreme high risk. The smokers would create a crowd of people and smoke cigarette which generate air that can’t be breathe into lungs. No one would have a choice because the smoke would flow through out the school. The school would likely have a higher insurance rate because of the chances of fire and accident would greatly.... |
