David Walker’s Appeal
Part 1 of Paper ....upon those in power at that time. He changed the way that I will forever think about Thomas Jefferson and what he stood for. While our textbook provides us with information that would make anyone think that Jefferson is a regular American hero it is obvious that he was actually the root of America’s greatest proble.... Part 2 of Paper ....sically draws the reader in and enthralls him/her into a admiration for this man. This man, for the historians who wrote the textbook, was to be looked at as one of the founding fathers of the country for the great things that he accomplished, not for his unbridled hatred and cruelty to the African American race.
