....poverty, family, sexual abuse, racism and religion. Every 26 seconds another adolescent becomes pregnant. Every 56 seconds another adolescent gives birth. Something must be done! However, I feel that the author of this article went about expressing his/her views the wrong way.

..... Until we, as a society, decide to take charge and develop responsible media messages that encourage positive behaviors and attitudes, this will continue.
I disagree very strongly with the author’s choice of harsh words geared toward teen parents. The author is telling them to act like adults and take responsibility like one, but at the same time they are turning right around and using vulgar language and proving they, too, are immature. Where do teens often learn how to behave? From adults!
