Locate Username / Password
If you lost your PaperHelp.com username and/or password, follow the below steps to find your login details
If you had joined via CCBill:
> Go to CCBill's Customer Support page
> Select your method of payment
> Enter 2 of the 3 following items: Email address, Credit Card/Account number, or Subscription ID
> Click the "Search" button
If you had joined via PayPal:
> Login to PayPal.com
> Click "History" link under the My Account tab
> Select "Subscriptions" from the "Show" drop-down menu
> Select "Past Year" if you joined within the past year
> Click the "Search" button
> Look for the "Subscription Creation" entry
> Click the "Details" link
> Your username and password will be located on the next page.
